or
A large orange juice naturally Cup +2 fruit fruit
or
 
Toast + 50 g cheese skimmed + green tea
or
Tomato slices and cucumber +1 boiled egg + cup of milk or yogurt Activia


 
Lunch

 Boiled egg + dish large green salad + yogurt Activia
or
Cup rice (brown ..bs better than if they provide Forgive white) + cup of boiled vegetables (except potatoes) + dish a small green salad

P.m.
Cup milk-free or low-fat

 Supper
